We’re pretty sure it’s a scientific fact that small baby animals from the internet are universally delightful. And if you disagree, we’re also pretty sure that Moo Deng, the newborn pygmy hippo who might be getting her own patent, will change your small baby animal-averse mind. What might not change your mind though is the fact that hippos are responsible for the deaths of 500 people a year. Which is 490 more than sharks. Not exactly delightful, but definitely a topic for discussion in a newsletter that is not titled "Afternoon Delight." But we still think Moo Deng would beat out a juvenile shark in the bracket for the small baby animal competition any day (that 1000 percent exists somewhere in the world). Maybe just our opinion, but likely the correct one. Happy Thursday, Moo Deng.
