A warm glass of milk ☀️
TUESDAY | 3.17.26
A brown bat usually sleeps about 19.9 hours per day, whereas a giraffe sleeps about 1.3 hours per day. True things. Also, you should know that within 5 minutes of waking, 50 percent of your dreams are forgotten; and within 10 minutes, 90 percent are gone. This is not an email to forget — this is an email to share that The Sleep Issue comes out next week. 140 quality pages printed on FSC-certified paper made with love, dreams, and a fair amount of lavender. There are also two Olympic gold medalists, sleep experts, dream science, the invention of the alarm clock, the king of mattress sales, and enough sheep to make a shepherd nervous. To celebrate, we’re hosting a nice gathering with some good people around the topic of sleep, and we'd love you to join. Thursday, March 26th, at our Flow Miami building, if you happen to be in the area. Wind down with a live Q+A with Dr. David from Flow Practice and featured in The Sleep Issue, a mocktail bar from Little Saints, light bites, and a sound healing session. Anyone who joins will receive $100 towards membership to Flow Practice for services such as IVs and personalized treatment. RSVP to let us know you can make it. Space is limited. Them’s the rules. You snooze, you lose.
Help us help a friend. We’re looking to you, Walter Payton.

Lens Cap Off
Drum roll, please… The Flow Photo Contest presented by Kodak opens on April 6th. This year’s categories include Nature, Surf, Energy, Oneness, and good old-fashioned Film. Oh, and there’s $50,000 of cash-o-la on the line, in case you missed that part. Stay tuned for more details as we zoom in on the big day.
If These Trees Could Talk
Someday, a very smart person will finally decipher tree language and figure out what they’ve been trying to tell us this whole time. While we wait, learning about the myths and legends behind some of the more interesting varieties of our woody neighbors is a good way to explore their silent lives. The Roots Issue isn’t too shabby either, but we might be biased.
A Survey Just for You
When you learn, you grow, and vice versa. We made a whole survey asking you (yeah, you) how we can do both. One person will be given a $1,000 Visa gift card for helping to fill this out. Everyone else gets a little something from us at the end. Cue “Hotel California” by the Eagles.
