Welcome to a special guest-edited edition of the Afternoon Delight. You'll see a version of this newsletter here and there when we happen upon the opportunity to sit down and chat with a few of the better people and organizations out there. Now over to the humans at Feeling Swell.
Hey, everybody.
We’re Feeling Swell; the Venice Beach-based Surf Brand that is committed to creating a mentally healthy world.

That’s why we’re jumping on here as the guest “delighter”... simply to add a few more reasons for you to have a good day.

Other Good News & Happenings
Feeling Swell Foundation is currently working with Venice High School to bring mental health programs to students, so we are happy to see that the CDC recently reported that teen mental health is on the rise. Though things are trending in the right direction, we want to remind everyone that we are not out of the woods.
Please make sure to reach out to a friend or family member today to remind them they are loved and appreciated, and that help for mental health is always available.
If you or a friend is in need of help, please contact the National Suicide Crisis Lifeline at 988, or visit SAMHSA’s or MHA’s website to learn about resources near you.
