Otter dreams ☀️
FRIDAY | 3.27.26

Look alive. Things we’ve learned this week so far. Lisa is a saint. The Sleep Issue is starting to find bedside tables and mailboxes. We hosted a launch event, and no one showed up in pajamas or with a sleeping bag — little disappointing. Otters fall asleep holding hands so they don’t drift away from each other. And the story and history of where and how mattress stores became so prevalent can all be tied back to a guy named Tony from Queens. Interesting week. We’re grateful for it all. Other good news and sleep-related content to help on a Friday from Flow.
The Sleep Issue, presented by Oura. Sweet dreams.

Dial that number right there, and the good librarians of Oak Park Library will read you a bedtime story of your choice. Fingers crossed this isn’t a mattress company sales scheme. Highly recommend The Bear Snores On.
Why Flow
We sat down with Marco, one of our Flow neighbors, to talk about what he values most about his community and life at Flow Fort Lauderdale. Keep an eye out for more words from Flow neighbors as we kick off this new series, Why Flow, on our stories site.
The Big Unlock
Apart from curating a few pages of rest-provoking prompts for The Sleep Issue, our friend Laura Rubin has been busy putting all of her journaling secrets and tips into a new book to help people use pen and paper to better their lives. Pre-order your copy here.
