Most mornings, the gang who writes this almost-daily newsletter gets on the phone for what's called The B.E.C., which stands for bacon, egg, and cheese, you buckos. The B.E.C. is a standing call we have to go over the day ahead but usually veers sideways after the first 10 seconds when someone will call out something they watched, saw, or listened to in the last 24 hours. This morning, someone dipped into the “what is your no-skip album” territory, and now we're forced to share those with everyone here, largely because we would not be disappointed to be left on a deserted island with any of them.
