Unless they have polka dots ☀️
WEDNESDAY | 3.25.26
Not today, but the day after that. Tomorrow at Flow Miami, we’ll be celebrating The Sleep Issue of Flow Trip Magazine presented by Oura, and introducing Flow Practice with Dr. David. Please do not wear pajamas. Anyone stopping through will get the chance to hear Dr. David tell his story on the importance of rest and why it actually matters how many hours you spend with your eyes closed. They’ll also be treated to one of the most relaxing 30 minutes of their life, thanks to a sound healing session with Sarita from Heartspace Collective. Did we mention the chamomile tea bar and mocktails from our friend at Little Saints? If you haven’t caught on by now, the goal is for you to go back home and enjoy the best night’s sleep you’ve had in your whole life and dream about Dr. David jumping over the moon. And to celebrate the release of The Sleep Issue and Flow Practice opening its doors. That part's important, and so is the next thing. Anyone who swings by will walk away with a nice new copy of the magazine, along with a $100 voucher for any service or membership to Flow Practice, including IVs and personalized sleep advice. Let us know if you’re coming and RSVP here. Don’t forget to set the alarm clock, you sleepy heads. No PJs.
Speak for the trees. If you might consider adding your voice to the mix.
Down the Rabbit Hole
Deirdre knows dreams. The Harvard professor and dream connoisseur walked us through how to decode, direct, and harness the power of dreams. Plus some tips and tricks on how to stop having dreams about being 16 years old again in your birthday suit in front of your entire high school.
A Photography Contest for Photographers
Nature, Surf, Energy, Oneness, Film. In case you forgot, those are the categories for this year’s Flow Photo Contest. Six bucks to enter and the possibility of taking home $50,000, starting April 6th. Any photo will do — even that one of your dog chasing a squirrel. We want to see it.
Art Is the Word
Lucky us. We have the pleasure of hosting six incredible creators who call Flow home as a part of the Artist Residency Program. Come take a look at what they’ve been up to tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Flow Brickell.
