A person who likes people. That’s the game on a Tuesday. We’re on the hunt for someone to join Flow’s People Team. Someone who has a knack for making people feel welcome, is equipped to help the new kids on the block learn the ropes of Flow and our core values, collaborates with different teams to make sure everyone’s on the same page when it comes to company policies, knows a thing or two about harnessing data analytics to improve workflows, can get the group together for an offsite, could write a 2-page essay on the meaning of oneness, and has seen all eight seasons of The Office: Superfan Episodes. Someone you'd trust to take care of your pet while you're on vacation. Take a breath. Perks of the job: You get to work with some pretty neat humans like Sanya, and you have access to the master files of all of the office dogs’ birthdays. If it’s you, great.
